Selection Process!
REGISTRATION AND RÉSUMÉ REVIEW
In this stage, after the résumé is reviewed, the selected candidate will be interviewed by ISMBR Group. If approved, they will proceed with initial documentation, tests for the selection stage, and an interview with the cruise line.
PRE-BOARDING AND DOCUMENTATION
After completing the first stage, the candidate will begin preparing secondary documentation: passport, STCW and CFPN courses (if applicable to the cruise line they are contracted with), medical exams, and visas.
EMBARKATION!
In the final stage, documentation for embarkation will be prepared, and the candidate will receive their contract and ticket. This marks the beginning of their work adventure;
