Guest Services Manager
Salary: Approximately USD 2,932.00.
Requirements: Over 21 years old, advanced English, at least 2 years of recent leadership experience in front desk/services in luxury environments (large resorts or cruise ships), with a focus on team management, administrative knowledge (immigration/customs), and basic financial operations (cash handling). Ideal for professionals with a managerial profile in high-end hospitality.
Description: Supervise, mentor, and train the Front Desk/Guest Services team, ensuring excellence in customer service standards. Assign tasks, schedule shifts, and foster a collaborative work environment. Ensure all procedures comply with local and international laws.
Cashier Operator
Salary: Approximately USD 1,450.00 monthly.
Contract Type: International Contract.
Requirement: Over 18 years old, advanced English + one of the following languages: Italian, Spanish, French, or German. Experience in financial and administrative areas.
Description: Responsible for collecting cash deposits and payments from guests to open onboard accounts, printing and organizing cards and materials to ensure everything is ready for distribution to the responsible departments. Collects and sorts guest purchases onboard to ensure they are ready for verification.
TOUR EXPERT
Salary: Approximately $900.00 + Extras (up to $1500.00).
Contract Type: International Contract.
Requirements: Must be over 18 years old, advanced English plus one of the following languages: Italian, French, or German. Experience with national or international tours. Leadership skills, sales-driven, and highly outgoing personality.
Description: Works at the excursions desk onboard, selling tour packages and excursions. Accompanies guests on tours and coordinates activities with local tour guides.
PORT ADVENTURES
Salary: Approximately $2,438.00.
Requirements: Must be over 21 years old, advanced English, and at least 2 years of experience in recreation, tourism, or similar environments, with a focus on serving guests of all ages. Experience in selling high-demand excursions at resorts is essential, as well as a specific interest in port-related activities (such as those offered on cruise ships).
Description: Responsible for selling and promoting shore excursions, organizing guest disembarkation at ports, providing logistical support during activities, and ensuring the experience is fun, safe, and aligned with Disney magic. This role serves as a key connection between guests, the ship, and local providers, ensuring every port adventure is memorable and well-executed.
