F&B Attendant / Quick Service Attendant / Snack Steward
Salary: USD 554 + Variable Monthly Tips.

Requirements: Over 18, intermediate English, and experience as a waiter at events or buffets, tray skills desirable, general knowledge of served products.
Description: Works across all food and beverage areas, acting as server/waiter in crew restaurants, buffet, and à la carte restaurants. Supports self-service stations, replenishes food and beverages, ensures quality service. Must be able to carry trays up to 25kg for up to 100 meters. Responsible for cleaning at the end of each shift.

Requirements: Over 21, advanced English, 2 years of experience as high-volume waiter, à la carte service knowledge, wine service knowledge, tray handling skills, extroverted, product knowledge.
Description: Assists the main waiter in à la carte restaurant service. Must handle trays up to 25kg over distances of up to 100 meters. Ensures butter, wine, water, and other items are replenished. Cleans and sanitizes workstations after shifts.

Wine Room Storekeeper
Salary: USD 771.00 + Extras (USD 2,500.00) per month.

Requirement: Must be over 18 years old, advanced English, two years of experience with wine and guest service, formal wine training, experience on ships is desirable.
Description: Support the Dining Room team by conducting wine seminars, tastings, and food pairings; train the service team on effective wine-selling techniques, including proper rotation of the wine cellar inventory.
Assistant Manager Beverage Services
Salary: Approximately USD 3,907.00.
Requirements: Over 21 years old, advanced English, at least 3 years of proven leadership experience in the beverage sector, preferably in environments with multiple outlets (bars, restaurants, hotel complexes or cruise ships), strong knowledge of international recipes (cocktails, wines, and beers), inventory management, and quality standards.
Description: Responsible for the strategic management of beverage operations across multiple outlets, leading teams, controlling inventory and costs, and ensuring excellence in mixology, service, and overall guest experience.
Casual Dining Services Manager
Salary: Approximately USD 4,428.00.
Requirements: Over 21 years old, advanced English, at least 2 years of experience managing multiple restaurant and beverage operations, along with proficiency in basic computer tools (Microsoft Office Suite).
Description: Responsible for supervising multiple operations in the casual dining restaurant, ensuring quality standards, efficiency, and an exceptional guest experience. Will coordinate teams, manage inventories, and control budgets.
