Description: Responsible for cleaning and maintaining common guest areas on the ship, including floors, carpets, ceilings, walls, windows, public restrooms, elevator interiors, staircases, pool area, external decks, offices, and guest service areas. Also handles baggage alongside the Deck Department and assists the cabin steward with other tasks as needed.
Custodial Floor Care
Salary: Approximately USD 952.00.

Requirement: Over 21 years old, intermediate English, 1 year of cleaning experience, and preferably experience with cleaning equipment.
Description: Responsible for maintaining and cleaning all floors and carpets aboard the ship.
Custodial Hair Braider Host/ess
Salary: Approximately USD 1,244.00.

Requirement: Must be over 21 years old, intermediate English, and 1 year of experience in the cleaning/housekeeping field. Experience with cleaning equipment is desirable.
Description: As a Custodial Host/Hostess, responsible for the maintenance and cleaning of all ship floors and carpets. As a Hair Braider, responsible for: Scheduling guest hair braiding appointments according to their availability; Providing personalized and attentive service to all guests; Charging guests for services rendered.
Pool Deck Service Host
Salary: Approximately USD 932.00 per month / USD 233.00 per week.

Requirements: Previous professional cleaning experience, including the use of cleaning chemicals and tools, within the last three years. Availability to work in multiple areas on the pool deck. Good physical condition, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg) and go up and down stairs multiple times throughout the day. Ability to interact well with guests of all ages.
Description: Clean all lounge chairs. Proactively interact with guests, ensuring friendly and helpful service. Manage towel inventory and distribution, transporting carts with up to 200 pool towels to the main laundry. Work under various weather and environmental conditions. Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing the pool and deck areas, maintaining high standards of hygiene and organization.
Wardrobe Host
Salary: Approximately USD 868.00.

Requirement: Must be over 21 years old, intermediate English. At least one year of recent experience in a customer service-related profession within the last three years. Experience in inventory management. Previous experience as a tailor, seamstress, or in the textile industry is a plus.
Description: Issue, organize, stock, and maintain a continuous supply of uniforms, including alterations, daily sorting, quality control, and replacements when necessary. Maintain an inventory of over 75,000 costumes and related items within stipulated levels; inform the manager of potential shortages or restocking needs.
Houseperson
Salary: Approximately USD 952.00.

Requirement: Over 21 years old, advanced English, and 1 year of cleaning experience, preferably with cleaning equipment.
Description: Assists with guest requests such as towels, pillows, and ice; delivers clean or used linens to/from the laundry for cabin stewards; organizes storage areas; responsible for luggage on embarkation/disembarkation day and for guest laundry services.
Laundry Attendant
Salary: Approximately USD 1,192.00.

Requirement: Must be over 21 years old, advanced English. Previous laundry experience at any level is preferred. Prior experience in the textile industry is a plus but not required. Knowledge of commercial laundry operations and fabric treatments. Motivation to work in a fast-paced, repetitive environment. Flexibility to work day and night shifts. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg) and perform repetitive physical tasks.
Description: Assist with guest calls for towel, pillow, ice, and other services; deliver clean and/or soiled linens and towels between laundry and cabin stewards; organize storage areas; manage luggage on embarkation and disembarkation days; responsible for passenger laundry services.
Seamstress/Tailor

Requirement: Must be over 21 years old, advanced English. Minimum of two years of tailoring experience in the last four years. Good knowledge of computer applications is a plus. Proven experience in garment alterations using industrial sewing machines such as hem, overlock, flatlock, and straight stitch machines. Skilled in hand sewing including straight stitch, invisible stitch, and simple herringbone stitch used in handmade hems and size adjustments.
Description: Responsible for garment alterations, repairs, and other sewing tasks. Issue, stock, and maintain a continuous supply of crew uniforms. Responsible for assigned uniforms including alterations, daily sorting, quality control, and replacements when necessary, working alongside the wardrobe team. Maintain an inventory of over 45,000 uniforms. Ensure quality control and line inspection of uniforms. Prepare uniform sets from designated compartments. Sort uniforms returned from and sent to laundry.
Assistant Housekeeping Manager

Requirement: Must be over 21 years old, advanced English, two years of experience in housekeeping services with an average of 10 to 15 rooms per day in the last five years; previous experience in operations that follow luxury service and cleanliness standards such as five-star hotels or cruise ships; physical ability to handle luggage over 23 kg; ability to provide personalized service including interaction with young children and attention to each guest’s individual needs.
Description: Support the stateroom host or hostess in the general cleaning and maintenance of Concierge suites on the Concierge deck and other designated areas; transport necessary items from other areas to maintain the section, including linens, towels, ice delivery, cleaning equipment, and stateroom amenities.
Cabin Steward/ess / Stateroom Host/ess (Camareiro/a)
Salary: Approximately USD 900.00 + Extras (USD 1,800.00) monthly.
