Salary: Approximately USD 2,246.00 per month.

Requirement: Must be over 21 years old, advanced English, and at least six months of recent experience as a lifeguard in a high-traffic pool environment. Must be properly certified as an official lifeguard, meeting all requirements, regulations, and compliance standards. Must be able to pass a pre-employment swim test and successfully complete lifeguard training; certification requirements must be maintained throughout the contract. Ability to detect and respond to auditory signals and distress calls in an aquatic environment, including both in and out of the water, across the designated zone of responsibility. Must be able to monitor all sections of the assigned area or zone. Must pass a vision screening with at least 20/25 visual acuity, corrected or uncorrected. Open water lifeguard experience is desirable.

Description: Monitor guests in aquatic and recreational areas, maintaining constant surveillance to ensure their safety. Act as a first responder in emergency situations, performing rescues, CPR, and first aid as necessary. Ensure guest well-being while enforcing all aquatic and recreational facility policies, rules, and regulations. Prepare and maintain aquatic and recreational facilities, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for operation; check availability of supplies and equipment. Regularly participate in training, including internal training, recertification, and specific instruction as needed. Monitor radio communications with Lifeguard Coordinators, Recreation Managers, and other departments; communicate with the Bridge in emergency situations.
