STABLE CONTRACTS
The contract duration is determined by the company and the specific position, and typically lasts 4, 6, or up to 9 months. This hiring model allows for clear planning of work rotations and offers professional stability.
NET SALARY AND HIGH SAVINGS POTENTIAL
With salaries reaching up to $5,000 depending on the role and experience, crew members have minimal expenses onboard, making it easier to save and build a strong financial reserve by the end of their contract.

STEPS OF THE PROCESS
REGISTRATION AND RÉSUMÉ REVIEW
In this stage, after the résumé is reviewed, if selected, the candidate will be interviewed by ISMBR Group. If successfully approved, they will proceed with initial documentation, selection stage tests, and an interview with the cruise line.
PRE-BOARDING AND DOCUMENTATION
After completing the first stage, the candidate begins preparing secondary documentation: passport, STCW and CFPN courses (if required by the hiring cruise line), medical exams, and visas.
ALL ABOARD!
In the final stage, documentation for embarkation is prepared, and the candidate receives their contract and ticket. Your work adventure begins.
